Here's what some of our first customers have said about the Backpack Groom/n/vac:

"Arrived safely, horse loves it. The brushes seem to do a very good job and the horses really look good afterwards. Very light to use, sits comfortably on the back, no arm ache when grooming.

Very satisfied and so are my horses, well worth the wait, have had several interested comments  when visitors have seen it on the yard.

I have had an electric groomer before mine finally gave up the ghost took and it took ages to find a replacement, other than wall mounted. I have never found it difficult to introduce a horse to vacuum grooming; just good sensible patience and being calm yourself and horses soon learn to trust. Once they feel how nice a massage they get they soon forget about noises and hoses. It makes clipping so much easier in the winter for first timers if horses are used to vacuum grooming first.

I vacuum groom once a week in summer unless going out somewhere, more in the winter especially just before clipping and when hunting regularly probaby 2/3 times a week both for mud removal and the massaging of tired muscles.

Very helpful, good communications from you throughout"

" It looks nice with a sleek design; fits the body comfortably and is easy to handle; it's not too heavy. I like the way the 'sticky points' hold the tube, that there are several attachments and that it is easy to clean out. All in all it is lovely and it does a good job on my stairs at home - no heavy vacuum to tussle with!"

"Just to let you know that we took delivery yesterday.  The groomer was straight out the box and on to one of my five horses in about 10 minutes.  No problems whatsoever.  He stood perfectly still and let me groom him.  He is still holding much of his winter coat as he is 20 and it was great not to have dust and hair flying around at the moment as I am suffering from Hay Fever.

My next one I knew would be a little bit more tricky - a very sensitive bay. However, quietly reassuring him with his headcollar on and a few treats and a net of haylage in about five minutes he allowed me to groom him on the left side.  His coat is fabulous anyway, however it positively gleamed where the groomer had been - fantastic.

Although in my hand it felt a bit of a weight,  strapped to my back it was very comfortable and I was able to bend down and move about with ease.  This then made me feel secure and confident working around the horses which is always important if you are introducing something new to some of our more flighty and sensitive equine friends."
